- Look at all the figures in your catchment - the most obvious ones might not be the most relevant
- Remember you can sort on column heading to bring the most relevant data to the fore
- If your lists are too long, check the 'Filter by selected User List' to show only the most relevant catchments
- Don't use too many catchments - eight is a suitable amount to produce a clear map
- Don't use too many sector labels and boundaries as this can clutter up your map
- Quickly find the catchments you want to map by using the search function

- When saving your map, ask yourself whether you really need to edit it in PowerPoint. A static image file is quicker and easier to use
